“Thanks to the valuable input from our partners, we have been able to make the MCNexus even better than it already was,” according to Heino van der Meer, Engineering Manager.

The adjustments to the design of the MCNexus ensure, among other improvements, that an even larger part of the dosing system can be manufactured using 3D printing. This results in a higher vacuum level and better intake of the masterbatch by the dosing disc. Improvements in the material flow have also been made.

All product codes for the MCNexus remain unchanged, and the improved components are backward-compatible with previous versions. Delivery of the newest version of MCNexus will start in mid 2021.
